A TRIBUTE TO JOHN JOHN
John-John, owned by Rose and Glen
Payne, has given me back so much of
my life! Having MS, I knew that I would
never be able to ride a horse again. He
taught me that I could. John let me get on
his back and walked, ever so gently, when
I would go to the Payne's. I had always
wanted to get married in my mothers
back yard, on the Chesapeake Bay. John
made this a reality. I got married riding
John. John was also one of the first
horses, out of many, that helped make
the dream of MS Gallop for a cure a
reality. John and his pasture mate,
Beauty, did everything together and were
the best of friends. Beauty is the horse
with the star on her forehead. Because of
Beauty and John John, other patients with
MS and other debilitating disease's are
now going out and riding. Thank you

John passed away on Feb. 10, 2009.
