1) Who do we actually contact if we are interested in this event?
You can go on the contactus page or feedback page on this website and
enter your information. When you send it, it comes directly to my email. If
you are not comfortable with this, you can email me, Christi, at
cmedice@verizon.net or you can call me at 1-757-442-9310. I hope this
clears any questions you may have.
2) What about the shirts this year?
Due to the failed economy this year, I will only be able to get shirts for those
of you who sign up early. I do apologize for this.
3) How is the raffle going to be handled this year?
Great News to the riders and others who assist with this event! ALL items
will be raffled off the day of the ride, BUT we will not have another raffle!
Yes, this means that all items will be won by YOU, who come to the event!
4) Is the trail going to be marked this year?
There will be a team going to the forest to mark the trails the week before
the ride on October 17th. There should be no interaction between riders and
hunters.
5) Will lunch be provided as it has been in the past?
Yes it will. There will be hot dogs, chips and a drink. I am talking to a woman
about possibly having soup, but this is not confirmed at this time.
6) Now I have a question for you. I want to talk about MS Awareness to
educate the public about this disease and why event, such as this, are
important. Does anyone have any ideas to help me with this?
It seems that the average person still believes that MS can only affect
people 30 years and older. This is false! Some still believe that MS is
contagious when it is NOT.
If you see me at the ride and have questions, please feel free to ask. I am
very open with my answers. I look forward to seeing you in October!
